Venice Solutions Group is focused on YOUR business needs.  Every project for us begins with a complimentary analysis of your concerns and needs.  This is a conversation held  in-person, by video conference, or by telephone.  We listen to you and understand both WHAT you wish to improve and WHY you want to make the improvement.  If your goals are well matched to our team's approach, we will create a plan together that includes cost and timeline.  Our partnership begins at the first meeting.

The company was founded by Tommie Jo Brode, an attorney by trade with more than 24 years of experience in employment matters.  Our philosophy is that problems are best resolved before they become a legal matter.  This saves  resources and preserves working relationships.  We believe people are the most important asset of every organization  and that communication is the key to a successful workplace.  We bring the right professionals to each project based upon your goals.  Ms. Brode will personally select every project team.  Project teams can include business strategists, attorneys, communication experts, and other professionals.

 We are an Ohio based Limited Liability Company  and our consultation is limited to U.S. businesses.

There are many "Human Resources Consultants" in the U.S. Many of them are fine organizations comprised of great people, including some of our friends. But we do not offer general HR solutions.  We offer the best professionals to achieve optimum business performance, highly skilled HR audits, and training for your team to make sure your employees understand appropriate behavior and communication. We do not offer general advice. We offer custom services for employers who want to create the best possible work environment and minimize risk and compliance problems.
